Spa Etiquette

Be Punctual:
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to decompress from your day. If this is your 1st visit please have the online intake forms filled to prior to you appointment

Cancellations:
Because your spa service are reserved specifically for
you, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in
advance should you need to cancel or reschedule.
I realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts
arise and are sometimes unavoidable. However,
advance notice allows us to fulfill other clients
scheduling needs and keeps my Spa operating at its
mosts efficient level. Due to the one on one sessions,
missed appointments without notice will be billed for the service scheduled amount. If canceled at the last minute
half the service fee with be charged.

Make sure to “Speak Up”:
All aspects of our treatments can be modified to your preferences: music selection, room temperature, talking or no talking, and if pressure of your massage needs to be adjusted. Please feel free to ask questions.

Book Ahead:
Booking ahead will almost guarantee you will receive the time and day you prefer.

Gift Certificates:
You can purchase gift certificates at the spa or eGift certificates online at annespinalmt.com They are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
